I need my identity verified urgently. I have tried everything.

I no longer have access to my old numbers and its not giving me an option to update it. I have downloaded the code generator app and the 6 digit codes are all reading invalid when entered. I HAVE NEVER HAD THIS MUCH TROUBLE GETTING INTO MY ID ACCOUNT.

I just verified my identity in March. This is bs

You need to provide an 800 number -people can get specific questions answered! I have two accounts because I changed school districts. My old email keeps asking for a password; I cannot get the password because the email no longer exists!

I doubt the legitimacy of this company. They are receiving some type of government protection.

After five hours and four different IDs, they are saying they're illegible. My last submission was especially clear. I am a senior seeking electric assistance. I have received no answer.

They are jeopardizing important services that I need. It is abusive.

want to use my cell phone instead so I don't have to wake up my 89 year

My account has been suspended for over two months i have contacted Support Six times (6x's) through their chat no one has responded and no one has fixed my issue or even tried to respond to me and my ID.me account is needed for work and tax purposes and the ID.me Support really sucks and they don't have a phone number for you to speak to someone to get issues resolved they suck tremendously. Lets see if they contact me or fix my issue after this.

They suspended my account and will not return any message I send concerning my IRS log in. They ignore me without a single response, and I need to log into my account, so I can get the proper paperwork to file my taxes

I go and check my id.me and I can't even get into it I filed four times to customer support and I have not gotten any answers and this has been over a month so you guys need to get better customer service and get a phone number so that we can call I needed to get in for social security and my IRS and I can't even log in

I started receiving emails from id.me. I've never signed up for it.

I wrote to them but did not sign my name. They wrote back using my name. So now I realize they have my email and my name.

They have still not responded as to how and why they have my information. I've asked them to delete information.

I've contacted I'd. me on several occasions to get my id. Me straightened out and the one email I got was to verify my identity with them but then I heard nothing for almost two weeks if not more then I got another email to do it again and same thing but actually longer with no response and I can't log into my unemployment, my ssa, nor irs to verify my identity so I can get my taxes I've waited in for almost three months now and I'm a single mom and at HIGH HIGH RISK OF BEING HOMELESS BC I CANT GET ANY HELP NOR GET MY TAXES ON TIME

Your customer support agent doesn't know or care to read emails. To resolve the issues that I am having with your website, I have written multiple emails back and forth without a proper resolution.

At this point, I don't know what to do to resolve the problems I am experiencing. I would love to talk to management or a supervisor.

When you apply for online jobs now people are requesting that you set up an ID.me account for a background check when trying to scam you out of your information.

This needs to be stopped! Scammers are using so many sites now that you just cannot trust anyone.

This fraud claims I have an account with them. I do not.

Their customer service is BS and cannot be reached. This is a fraud.

Run away! Scammers.
