I've been waiting over a month for a simple fix for my situation

I contacted id.me well over a month in regards to a duplicate account for me. I've also reached out multiple times during the month explaining how time sensitive this matter is and that I can't receive benefits and I also have 2 kids. I've been told my issue has been forwarded and someone will reach out to me. I STILL HAVENT HEARD FROM ANYONE. I contacted this company July 7th 2023. There is no phone number to talk to anyone and I'm just stuck in this situation. All there have to do is verify my identity and fix my account

I have already told y'all too many times what's going on I need to speak to an agent I do not want to send no emails unless it's a actual phone number that I can be able to contact the ID me customer service help center this is aggravating as *** because you're not helping *** I need a phone number ASAP immediately or someone needs to get in contact with me personally 770-837-**** is my phone number I need to be able to update all my information and phone numbers so I can do my damn taxes

Please get me verified and unsuspended my account. Or tell me what i have to do to fix it Please. I was trying to get verified and in the process I was given the notice that my account was temporarily suspended and I have no idea why or what I did wrong. This is absolutely ridiculous. You cannot talk to a live person. They make it so hard for you to get anything done on this. I cant stand this and I think its a terrible app.

So the last week of June of this year I had my identity stolen while looking for a job. Go figure. Well this scam job created an account through id.me and ask me when ever I get a text to give them the code. Smh, well turns out they were trying to scam me. I then informed id.me on the situation they immediately started an investigation. Seems fair one week later TWC is asking me to verify my identity through id.me. I let them know I rather send my information another way I did just that. Two weeks later they put my payments on hold while they are reviewing my information. 30 days later I'm getting pissed why is it taking so long. Was sent a correspondence saying must verify my identity through id.me, ok try to sign into my account this account is suspended smh why. So I've sent them several emails asking for help and why is my account suspended, nothing nor even a ticket number. I called TWC up today they told me they won't move any further until I verify through their 3rd party id.me. this isn't fair I've sent them everything they needed. I have until 8/10/23. This is ridiculous can someone please help

I have rest my password several times and get your screen that its been reset. I go to your log in with my email and freshly reset password and your system suspends my account with a message to contact your customer service. Only thing is that you have no customer service and you have to log in to get it. If I could log in I wouldn't need your never there tech support people. I have reported this several times and nobody has ever gotten back to me..If this isn't fixed you will have a very pissed off customer showing up at corporate.

4 months and Haven't unsuspended my ID.me account ???

How come if this ID.me company has no phone number to clarify and solved any situation... it's been 4 months and no one has reach out to unsuspend my account based on my identity. I have opened more than 20 tickets, responded the questionnaire 20 times, and they still not been able to get my account back on track when I have not done anything wrong, I even called the IRS to find out, and they said nothing is wrong and no suspicious activity... What type of company is this? I can't log in into my account to do anything because they saw a suspicious activity but don't have the decency to reach out and check my credentials to get my account back on track... they don't want to work with me... Now I get an email, saying still Suspended that if I need support I have to go back to the robot and tell them what's going on... AGAIN!.. is this a joke or what? I understand this is to protect my identity but If I am saying there's nothing wrong and I have not done anything wrong why can your customer support verify my identity to have my account back on track??? This company really sucks!

I've been attempting to log into my IRS account for weeks. I had to apply for a new license via mail. My old number is still registered, and I don't want to keep pressing the send code button because it will go to someone I don't know. Why is it so difficult for people to comprehend that I am unable to access my identification, that I want it removed from my IRS account, and that I want to leave because I no longer have access to my major computers and you have anyone who can assist me in accessing my account? I have the email address, but because I've been receiving reset codes, I can't access it.

doont have access to that email and dont know what the password is .cant complete the MFA on my account.cant get this resolved and i needed to verify identity for employment. but this has been very difficult and im running out of time and i need for someone to help me get back in to my account.

I have been a firefighter for 10 years but I can't get verified or call anyone to fix the issue. A simple customer service option would fix some of the frustration.
